Select any two sites in From and To to see the road distance between them. The head office is included in the list.
Plan one employee's month of trips — pick the month, then fill each day's date and From → To. Miles auto-fill from the Matrix (road-distance estimates). 40 trip slots by default; add more if a month needs them.

For trips to sites not in the system yet — type the site name or address and the miles by hand. These add into the total above (and use the same rate). Like adding extra rows at the bottom of a sheet.

Click Save to Reports above to keep a copy of a plan here (stored in this browser). Print opens a clean one-plan sheet you can print or “Save as PDF” to email — only the plan prints, nothing else on the page.
Real road map — the head office and every site are pinned at their location. Click any pin to auto-fill the calculator's "To" field; selecting a route draws the driving path on the map. Pin positions are approximate (ZIP/city-level for some sites).
Standard grid chart — miles from every site to every other site at a glance. A darker cell background means a greater distance. The yellow border marks the frozen Head Office row and column. Hovering a row or column highlights it.
